Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery & Instant Access

Automated Forex Funds provides purely digital products and real-time electronic services. No physical goods or tangible packages will be shipped.

Instant Access: Upon successful payment authorization, delivery of your purchased services (including Telegram signal channel links, signal copiers, automated trading bots, or custom indicator files) is processed immediately via automated electronic fulfillment.
Fulfillment Channels: Your digital access credentials and onboarding instructions will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
1. On-screen redirect to a secure confirmation page with immediate invite links.
2. Automated confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Direct access via your Automated Forex Funds user dashboard.

2. Telegram Group Access & Onboarding

Invite Links: Access to our private Telegram signal group is granted via a unique, single-use, or account-bound invite link.
User Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for maintaining an active Telegram account and entering the correct email address/Telegram handle during checkout.
Link Expiration & Security: Telegram invite links may expire or deactivate after initial use for security reasons. Sharing, forwarding, or redistributing private invite links or signals to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. Automated Signal Copier & Indicator Setup

If your purchase includes automated execution tools, EA software, or custom indicators:

Digital Download / License Key: Software files and API license keys are provisioned immediately inside your member dashboard or sent via email.
Technical Requirements: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, internet access, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platform, or Virtual Private Server (VPS) required to run the automated tools.
Setup Assistance: While we provide step-by-step setup guides, failure to set up or run the software on your personal computer/VPS does not constitute non-delivery of the service.

4. Delivery Delays & Technical Issues

While our delivery system is fully automated, occasional technical delays may occur due to third-party network outages (e.g., Telegram downtime, email server filters, or payment gateway delays).

Email Spam/Junk Filter: If you do not receive your confirmation email or access link within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam, promotional, or junk email folders.
Unreceived Access: If you have not received your access within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and receipt. We will manually verify your payment and issue your access within 12 to 24 hours.
