REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Terms & Final Sale Disclosure

Automated Forex Funds provides digital products and automated services, including but not limited to Forex trading signals, Telegram/Discord channel access, automated signal copiers, custom trading indicators, and educational content (collectively, the "Services").

Due to the digital, real-time, and intangible nature of our Services, all sales are final, and strict non-refundable terms apply. By purchasing a subscription or digital product from Automated Forex Funds, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that no refunds, returns, or billing credits will be granted under any circumstances once access has been provisioned.

2. Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

Instant Provisioning: Access to our signal delivery channels, API copy-trading links, or indicator files is granted immediately upon successful payment authorization.
Statutory Waiver (EU/UK/International Customers): To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws, by completing your purchase, you give express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you forfeit and waive any right to a cooling-off period or statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery or access to the signals has commenced.

3. Subscription Rules & Cancellation

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly canceled prior to the renewal date.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by submitting a written request to [Insert Contact Email] at least [e.g., 24 to 72 hours] prior to your scheduled renewal date.
Effect of Cancellation: Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges. You will maintain full access to the signal services through the end of your paid billing period. Partial-month refunds or prorated credits are not issued.

4. No Performance Guarantees & Market Risk Acknowledgment

Trading Performance Disclaimer: Foreign exchange (Forex) trading involves substantial risk of loss. We do not guarantee trading results, profitability, win rates, or specific returns.
Non-Eligibility: Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances due to:
1. Negative trade results, drawdown, or market losses.
2. Execution slippage, broker spread differences, or missed signal entries.
3. User error, failure to configure automated software correctly, or third-party platform downtime.
4. Personal dissatisfaction with the signal frequency, trading style, or strategy outcome.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention Policy

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor without contacting us first constitutes a direct breach of this agreement.

Dispute Defense: We track and log IP addresses, account activation timestamps, delivery logs, and usage data. This documentation will be provided to banks and payment processors to contest false chargeback claims.
Account Termination: Any user who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute will have their access immediately revoked, subscription terminated, and will be permanently blacklisted from all present and future Automated Forex Funds services.

6. Duplicate Charges & Technical Exceptions

The sole exception to this policy involves accidental duplicate payments caused by a payment gateway error.

Duplicate Payment Remedies: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, you must notify us at [Insert Contact Email] within 48 hours. Upon verification, unfulfilled duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
